Guidance for creating, displaying and sharing your RSE18 poster.
What size/shape does my poster need to be?
The boards are 180cm tall x 90cm wide, so your poster could be
- A0 Portrait (118.9 tall x 84.1 wide) or
- A1 Landscape (59.4 tall x 84.1 wide).
When should I put up/take down my poster?
Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference for people to look at in all the breaks/networking time. Please put your poster up as soon as you arrive and take it down just before you leave.
How can I attach my poster to the board?
Posters can be attached using pins or velcro. These will be available at the sign-in desk.
Where will the posters be displayed?
In the Mezzanine area outside the Elgar Concert Hall.
Will there be a dedicated period when people are invited to view the posters?
Delegates will be invited to view the posters from 12:50 to 13:30 on day 2, and also during lunch and coffee breaks throughout the conference.
